Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date. Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition with intact packaging and tags
How to Return: You must request return approval before sending items back. Contact us at support@discountstation.in to initiate a return.
How do I return a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
Contact support@discountstation.in and we'll cover the return shipping costs for:
- Damaged items
- Defective items
- Incorrect items
Which items cannot be returned?
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personal care products
- Customized items
- Gift cards
All other items can be returned within 7 days if they meet our return conditions.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

How long does shipping take?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after confirmation, and delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after dispatch.
You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Please note we don't ship on Sundays or public holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We offer free standard shipping to all locations across the country.
