At Discount Station, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a transparent and fair return and refund process.

We offer a 7-day return window, starting from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

Return requests must be approved before sending the product back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by us
  • For all other eligible returns, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer

โ— Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@discountstation.in with clear photos or videos of the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.


๐Ÿšซ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards

This does not affect your rights in cases where an item is damaged or incorrect.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order separately once the return is approved.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:
