Sicca Special Compound Hing (बन्धानी हींग स्पेशल चूरा, since 1982) is a fine compound hing churan with a bold, clean aroma — a pinch in hot ghee lifts dal, sambar and kadhi.
In this pack: 2 × 100 g jars (200 g) of Sicca Special Compound Hing.
- Use: a pinch in hot ghee or oil at the start of a tadka — dal, sambar, kadhi, chole, aloo sabzi, achaar and chaat masala.
- Storage: keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from other spices; use a dry spoon.
- Ingredients: compound hing is asafoetida blended with edible gum and flour — please check the pack for exact ingredients and allergens.
