MK Bandhani Hing is a free-flowing bandhani churan hing from a five-generation hing tradition, with a warm, rich aroma for chhonk, dal, achaar and chaat masala.
In this pack: 5 × 200 g tins (1000 g) of MK Bandhani Hing, in the brand's sealed retail carton.
- Use: a pinch in hot ghee or oil at the start of a tadka — dal, sambar, kadhi, chole, aloo sabzi, achaar and chaat masala.
- Storage: keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from other spices; use a dry spoon.
